Returns & Refunds policy

At Book The Pandit Ji, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and responsive to our customers’ needs.

1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

• User-Initiated Cancellations:

  • For bookings scheduled within 24 hours, cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of booking to be eligible for a refund.

  • For bookings scheduled more than 24 hours in advance, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the rare case that a Pandit Ji cancels, you will be notified promptly, and you are eligible for a full refund. Alternatively, we will work with you to reschedule with another Pandit Ji if desired.

2. Refund Process and Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Amounts donated as Sankalp, Aarti offerings, or other voluntary contributions are separate from our service charges and are not eligible for refunds.
